- TOtaly ortegaMay 18, 20262.0I had a very disappointing experience here. While I was waiting briefly to get the address number for my package, one of the employees told me to “take my package and back up” and kept rushing me, even though it only took a moment. The tone was extremely rude and unnecessary. I wasn’t the only one being treated this way. The customer in front of me was also told to “figure it out,” which was very unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when people are just trying to complete a simple task. This experience felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. I hope management addresses how customers are being treated.
