Booked a passport appt for me and my 2 kids. Waited in line for 10 minutes because there was only 1 man at the counter when it was finally my turn, he told me the passport lady had left. I never received a cancellation email or text message. Showed up for nothing on my ONLY day off. Please believe the reviews about whoever does the passports here. She needs to be fired. This clearly isnt her first time doing this. The man at the front desk was kind enough to give me a paper with other places to go to that do walk in appointments. He was really nice.

I had a very bad experience at UPS this morning. I had an appointment for a passport photo, but unfortunately, the employee I dealt with was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
I had a few questions because I wanted to make sure my passport photo was taken correctly. When I asked if I could see the photo before finalizing everything, she told me, “I know I’m a professional,” and said that if I had more questions, I could go somewhere else or come as a walk-in.
She then took the form from my hand and threw it in the garbage.
I also asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to make a complaint about how I was being treated. She told me that she did not have time because she was busy and instructed me to make my complaint online instead.
I understand that employees can be busy and under time pressure, but customers still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I was simply asking reasonable questions about an important document. I did not expect to be treated this way.
The way this employee handled the situation was completely unacceptable and left me very disappointed with my experience at UPS. I would appreciate it if management would look into this incident and address how customers are treated at this location.

The behavior at this post office is absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional. I went in to mail photographs to my parents and was met with employees who clearly do not care about customers or their property.
Kayla immediately started aggressively bending my envelope even after I told her it contained photographs and asked her not to damage it. She ignored what I said, bent it again, and acted like my concern didn’t matter at all. It was careless, dismissive, and honestly infuriating. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was laughing the entire time, mean mugging me, looking at me nasty, and laughing, and didn’t even offer an apology.
When I asked for a manager because of how poorly I was being treated, Chris stood there muttering “every time, every time” under his breath like I was a problem for simply speaking up. While in front of other customers, he started grumbling to himself talking about, “Every time, every time.” That kind of mocking behavior toward a customer is unacceptable. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
The only positive part of this experience was the manager, Pat, who actually did her job, listened, and helped fix the situation. But that does not erase the behavior of the other employees.
This location has a pattern of bad service and disrespectful attitudes. Customers should not be mocked, ignored, or treated like an inconvenience for asking that their mail be handled properly.
Avoid this post office at all costs if you expect basic respect and care for your property.

It's a shame that at this federal government building the employers attitudes matches the outside of the building NASTY!!. I was there today, witness employee working by herself inside a hot building argument with a customer. After we have waited in line for over twenty minutes, then she called the police on the customer for no apparent reason. This place needs to be shut down. The customer asks for a manager. The manager came up front at exactly 2:05 p m.He looked at the clock, said he don't get off break until 2:30pm and that she had to wait very unprofessional ,rude and disrespectful . This place is HORRIBLE!!!
