They made me drive all the way other there in this hot weather. They have no consideration for their customers. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and unprofessional i will not be coming back there.

I never received a call, and I still don’t have my package. I understand being short‑staffed, but don’t make promises you can’t keep. It only adds to the frustration.
- HLHarmoni LockhartMay 24, 20262.0The post office is supposed to close at 2 PM on Saturday however they stop the line early and stop accepting people at 1:45 PM. This is an inconvenience to show up just to be told to turn back around, even though the hours are still open.
- KWKeionda WomackMay 23, 20261.0I will not recommend this place to anyone I scheduled an appointment here for my passport when I arrived it was only 1 young lady at the front desk overwhelmed and the manager didn’t even bother to help her . After waiting about 30 mins in line the lady behind the counter finally told us that we will not be able to be seen today due to staff shortages. Complete waste of my time and do better by your employees that young lady up front was so stressed and overwhelmed but she handled that situation perfectly the manger that was on duty may 23, 2026 do better and treat your employees better !
