    Have used this store for years and was always satisfied. Went this evening at 6:55pm and the Black Man refused to notarized a paper that I really needed by 7am. The gentleman that has notorized atleast 25-30 documents was there, it was not busy. He said his cutoff was 6:30 and had a bad attitude. It would have been very easy to just Notorize, charge me, and have been helpfull. I will not be back, this was uncalled for and nothing I saw had a 6:30 cut off for notary service.

    This location has EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone has helped me at some point, and they do so efficiently. Muhammad in particular has provided outstanding customer service. He has helped me carry a heavier package to my car, assisted me with printing, helped me with shipping and picking up packages. He always has a great attitude and sends me off with a "Have a wonderful day." I really appreciate this level of customer service, especially on my busiest days.

    Updating my review from negative to positive! I came in a few weeks ago, it was pouring down raining and there was only one young lady in here assisting us, and I am incredibly impressed with how she handled my transaction ar one register along with a frww other customers transactions under pressure being all alone while it was pouring down raining. She really held it down and I am incredibly impressed and grateful that she was here to assist me so KUDOS to her and thank you guys for hiring such a phenomenal young lady to deliver exceptional customer service! Also, my package was delivered on time and it was just a phenomenal experience altogether from inception to completion. Kudos to the young lady working!! I
