- PEPDT ENTJul 23, 20261.0Somebody from the higher-ups really needs to open an investigation on this location! From the stank attitudes at the counter to stolen mail!!! It’s absolutely insane. The level of service people receive here for the amount of fees the Postal Service charges doesn’t add up. Ppl’s personal and financial information repeatedly goes missing and nobody seems to have answers. Def insiders need to be checked because atp it doesn’t make any sense.

- ALAnna LarreauJul 15, 20261.0Not very happy that I drove here to request to fill out a forwarding mail slip and was told that I have to do it online, I saw slips behind the man and he stumbled that he can only do address changes. Lo and behold the online charges but going into the post office is free and guess what this location is listed as online or in the post office to fill it out. Online does not even allow me to get to the actual form so thank you so much for being rude, I obviously need my mail forwarded but due to laziness and lying I don’t get to do that but no I get to go to each establishment to inform them myself wonderful experience when you already are dealing with so much and having to immediately move! Also for 5 years delivered wrong mail to me and when I would put RTS they left me notes to keep junk and others mail!
