  I came into an empty store which was great I quickly asked what it would cost to get my small white envelope downtown by tomorrow My envelope was than placed on the scale however the envelope didn't produce enough weight so the young guy started pressing down on the scale and eventually grabbed a tape measure After all was said and done I was given a price of around 15$ Than I was up sold a larger envelope the employees stated my regular white mail could be lost without an additional purchase So we added the yellow envelope I'm thinking cool I'm almost out the door I give the address than boom They ask me for my ID I said quickly No I don't to set up anything with your company I just want to pay and go The way I was mistreated after that was disappointing The staff all 4 of them suddenly were involved in my 1 transaction Everyone yelling something different about why the ID was needed or Not and how my transaction could be cancelled I asked them if they would have my info from the last two very recent envelopes that I shipped without any ID They said they had no knowledge of me again weird when I've sent emails to the store before to print for me I went out and I got my ID but I felt overly harassed 4 people should of never been involved in a 15$ transaction and all the yelling eye rolling and irritation because I have never given anyone my ID to mail an envelope and I did not ask for any additional insurance or tracking I value my privacy what little I have left I was forced to provide my ID to complete a simple transaction for data collection and store employees who are oblivious to my concern need coaching ASAP

  This is the slowest UPS store I have ever been to. People have zero sense of urgency to get moving through the lines. Any other UPS store I’ve ever been to is better than this one.

  I went into the store immediately Poca given great assistance fast everything I needed done and most of all very very pleasant

  If you ever need anything printed off, go see Chris at this location. He is phenomenal. And not to mention prices are not bad either. And if you ever need to return anything to Amazon, they are your spot. They are always very nice and quick to get you in and out.
