- JTJames TomlinApr 3, 20261.0Worst carrier we've ever had. We get other people's mail all the time. Not sure what we've missed of ours. Every time I try to use "Hold Mail" they deliver it anyway. This time I left a reminder note. The day we returned and our accumulated mail was to be delivered, she didn't even slow down when she passed our house. Can never, ever, ever get anyone to answer the phone. I understand why they have a 2 out of 5 stars, which is generous of you ask me.

- DWDree WickerFeb 10, 20261.0usps came to my apt complex on 1/4/26 and marked a package as delivered to my mailbox when my complex was closed for the time period, so they wouldn’t even be able to place the package IN the mailbox. i’ve called countless times to check in on my package to see if it’s there and literally no one answers the phone. what’s the point of having a number? why mark it as delivered if you couldn’t deliver it?? there’s been times where they said they couldn’t deliver, so why not this time??
