- PBPg BrualAug 18, 20261.0This USPS location attempted to deliver a package to a customer but decided to return it to sender because of insufficient address. USPS customer service was quick and they gave me the number to this location but it took 42 calls and 1hour and 10 mins for them to pick up the phone. They returned the package instead of calling the customer and clarifying details. Worst usps and I can see why people hate this location. USPS should rehire everyone working on this location because the staff in there right now is incompetent. USPS is a good shipping company, this location ruins their image.

A phone and charger were placed inside a purse and sealed in a brown envelope; however, the envelope delivered to my recipient yesterday was empty, and the purse containing the phone and charger is missing. I am sharing this review so others are aware of the issue I experienced with this postal service.

I frequently bring 10+ packages in at once and the staff has always been friendly and quick in scanning them all. Now they have a drop off section on the counter, which is great so I don't have to wait in line anymore. Sometimes things can get chaotic during rush times but overall it's a very organized and clean place, with friendly experienced staff. The ladies behind the counter are excellent at their job.
