As a customer service rep myself, I understand the obstacles that they may face that are beyond their control. I hate to see all of these negative ratings from people who have probably never even offered service to others. This crew doesn’t deserve this.

He arrives and they tell him we don't have it, the driver must have forgotten to leave it. Try back after the weekend on Monday. The event he needs the item for is tomorrow. Unbelievable. No call to the driver, no offer help, no process to actually ensure they received what they were supposed to. I've made multiple calls trying to reach someone and they won't even answer the phone. Dialing 9 to speak to an associate routes you to a voicemail. Save yourself the headache and ship to the CVS UPS authorized drop off location instead.
