- SLSandra LiraAug 26, 20261.0Disappointing experience. They're not helpful. If you make a mistake on your package, they will not help you fix it (e.g. address edit, tape for package, payment method). The staff looks so depressed and sad. The guy attending everyone was so over it - his eyes were so red. The customers were being courteous, and he wasn't reciprocating at all (not that he had to, but a simple hi would've been nice). Disappointing.

I came in with all the documents and paid for the packaging. 2 weeks later I get it back in the mail with a sticker saying I didn’t spend enough on the envelope. I went to the post office to pay and they are the ones that didn’t put enough stamps after they weighed it!!!! Now it’s delinquent. I would have paid for the correct postage if they told me. Go to another one if you can.
