- DBDavid Berry2 days ago4.0We had an issue with some packages we dropped off right before a holiday weekend not getting scanned in, leading to one of our customers asking for a refund of their order. I called the branch though to see if there was any information they could give us, and Tiffany was very helpful! She explained their process, how the holiday weekend affected things, and confirmed that the order had in fact already left the facility and was on its way!

Due to an error in the address number, the package was not delivered correctly, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She even assisted on a Sunday to make sure I got the package in time for such an important occasion. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and dedication. Thank you so much, Paula!

I went back at noon and got to the counter only to be barked at by this clerk with dreadlocks( very rude and aggressive) she said," she cant leave the desk I will have to go somewhere else". There was only 2 customers in line.
