- SRsaiedur r4 days ago1.0Had a frustrating experience at this USPS location. I approached the counter with a few simple questions, but the older female employee working the register was extremely unhelpful, impatient, and responded with unnecessary attitude. Asking standard questions shouldn't result in hostile customer service. Management needs to address staff professionalism at this branch.

I was previously having the envelopes picked up from my place of residence, but after leaving numerous complaints regarding staff neglecting to pick up outgoing mail, I began taking my orders to be picked up from my place of employment. Now multiple orders are being "lost" at a time - - tracking numbers on postage that I've already paid for are picked up but never scanned into the system, and I have to replace the orders myself and pay for shipping a second time. The envelopes look like birthday cards. They aren't. My assumption is that someone thought they may have money in them and pocketed them. Otherwise, it's just gross negligence and incompetence, because I've lost around 5 orders this way and counting. Do better.
