Why is this always broken? When will this finally be fixed so we can actually drop of packages? It is hard to make it during the office hours and literally no alternate is available at this location. It seems to be a constant think over the last few months at least

We had a passport appointment for 9am this Saturday which they confirmed over email, but when we showed up the door says “passports by appointment only, 10 AM-2 PM Monday-Friday, no passports on Sat”
All other information online and over the phone state that passports appointments are available starting at 9am on Saturday’s.
When waiting outside, another person said that the same scenario happened to them and they tried 10x times until they just gave up and went to the Mableton post office which was more reliable.

Worst USPS I have ever been to. I've been at the MAA Springs complex for over a year and this was the first time they decided they couldn't deliver my package with the dumbest reason ever. Apparently they couldn't get in because they don't know the security code which is a complete lie because I saw the delivery truck dropping off all of the mail. I had to go to the actual building and according to Google there are 2 in my zip code so of course I wasn't sure which one I was supposed to go to since they didn't tell me. Plus my phone is messed up and I had just transferred apartments but hadn't had time to update my license so only the apartment number was wrong. Before I could tell the female behind the desk she walked off and came back as if it was all my fault, being incredibly rude.
