- TBTellisa BriceJul 13, 20261.0Visited this location today. Inside was empty with no customers. There were also two postal workers there who clearly had nothing to do besides gossiping. I had 9 packages to ship using a QR code. Decided to come to this location because it is closer to my house. Went to the counter and was worker declined to help with shipping my packages and instead directed me to the self kiosk. Doing it that way was very time consuming and the printer was out of paper so I had to type my email address for my receipt each time. After 3 or the 9 transactions, I left and drive to the Cobb Parkway location for customer service. To Note: when I was at the self kiosk, the same worker who directed me there, left the building, purse in hand (assuming on a break). It’s is beyond ridiculous.

- NTNavia TerrellJun 25, 20265.0I arrived at my appointment for a first time passport and photo service on time and was seen immediately, I already had my passport application (DS-11) printed out at fed ex for less than $5 before I went and that made it hassle free. This location DOES NOT DO WALK INS! APPOINTMENT ONLY! BE ON TIME! The ladies were so sweet. I was in and out!

Dad was late 1 min to the appointment and she refused to help, and refused to give out her name. Seems like she enjoys having the little power to cancel appointments or something lol. Very weird behavior

She made us waste time waiting on the line for her to attend to more people to cancel the appointment in our face! I should fire this type of people who have no profession with customer service! Terrible service
