I have a return marked as "contents missing from box" when checking the status of my return. The contents were Nike shoes. Go figure. Definitely will be pursuing further action against this location
- ESEmpress SSep 24, 20261.0They will STEAL your package, mark it as “lost”, never send it to the warehouse & use their usual scamming line & say “something is wrong w the QR return code, it’s weird” (in order to keep your package for themselves) BEWARE of shipping anything of value from this store. Not sure how this location is running & not being investigated. Someone call the FBI. Don’t say u weren’t warned.

- UAu aSep 5, 20261.0The 2 young women there today 9/5/26 are the unfriendliest people. They both have their earbuds in. I wanted to print a page and emailed it to the store. The lady started mumbling and i asked her what she said. I realized she was having a conversation on the phone. She then just walked off to take care of another customer. I asked the 2nd lady for help. She was slightly better but they both looked miserable and not wanting to be there. The supervisor, (im assuming) was cordial to others and i feel bad for her having to work with others like this. This give the place a bad rep.
