  The store manager, Marian is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Trying to print a custom order and she gave us instructions to email the store. After we sat there for a total of 5 minutes - she would not allow us to submit an order while the store was still open because apparently she is the only one that can submit custom orders, but she was off work. Why would you tell us to email the custom orders if you were leaving and the only one that could do it??? She literally yelled at us that she was off and was so rude for absolutely no reason.

  Just left the store and Marian was super helpful/kind - she helped me make copies and ship my order out. All around, customer service was 10/10 & my experience at this location has been excellent.

  I dropped off seven boxes in GA on Tuesday 8/11 to arrive in DC on Friday 8/14. On Thursday my boxes were still sitting in the store and nobody could explain why they hadn’t been picked up. I was driving my daughter to DC to help her move, so it was urgent that the boxes would be there when we arrived. FedEx FAILED. I was forced to rent an SUV ($398 + $80 gas), pick up my boxes from FedEx after digging under all the other boxes that hadn’t been picked up. I had planned to share the 11-hour drive with my daughter, but instead we had to drive separately because I had to transport the boxes. We spent close to $100 in packing supplies and spent hours preparing the items for shipping, when we could’ve just kept them in totes if we knew FedEx was going to FAIL us and we’d be driving an SUV instead. This experience was so miserable, I would never even consider using FedEx again.
