Worst post office in Savannah. I always dread going here cause I am always redirected to this post office if they really didn't attempt to deliver my package. I send a lot of stuff internationally and one time I was going to send a package to the UK. And as I always do this and never had problems sending things out internationally. The clerk put in my information from my customs form and she told me that she couldn't send it out. Of course, I was very confused because I have sent a similar sized package to the same friend I had in the UK a month before and it got to her just fine. But the clerk kept talking to me condescendingly, as if I was dumb and couldn't understand English. Yes, English is not my native tongue, but I am fluent in it. I was just making a confused face because my international packages have never been said to not be able to be delivered to UK. So I asked her again to explain to me why it couldn't be delivered. She got really starky at me and said "I told you we can't send your package to the UK. You cannot send these items to UK." and it was a keychain. So why would it be held and not be able to send out? So she called her boss who was in the counter next to her and instead of the boss helping me out and helping me understand why it can't be sent out, this lady also raised her voice at me and said "how many times will we tell you you can't send keychains to UK?! What can you not understand? So I took my package back a stormed out because I will NOT let myself be treated like that. That wasn't the only time that that specific clerk was rude to me. It happened a handful of times before that's why I dreaded having to go to that post office although it was conveniently nearer to my house. So the next day, I attempted to send the same package out again but I went to the post office at Fahm St. and it was such a smooth process and every one was very kind. So please, if you all are able to go to a different post office instead. It's not worth going to this location with such condescending staff. If you are going to treat and speak to customers so rudely, might as well not work for a customer service job.

USPS marked my packages and mail as “delivery attempted” when no attempt was actually made. My tracking updated saying they couldn’t access my driveway or front door yesterday. However, I was outside at the time and no delivery vehicle came by, and nothing was blocking access. The picture below is just one of the many packages I was supposed to receive. They're already about a week late! 😡

In my experience, this is a fairly busy store. I have found it quicker to go to a location that is farther away from my house just because of the customer load and the rate they get things done.
