- SMSaivon MorantJul 24, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars, I would\. The fact that there have to be two failed delivery attempts before you’re even allowed to schedule a package pickup makes no sense\. On top of that, the management is deplorable and completely unhelpful\. There’s usually only one employee working the front desk\. She is very kind and does her best, but one person simply isn’t enough\. Be prepared to spend a long time waiting, and don’t be surprised if you leave without getting anything accomplished\. To make matters worse, no one ever answers the phone\. Overall, the customer service and management need major improvement.
