I am repeatedly told one thing, but then something completely different happens. I was instructed to complete a service address request, and even after doing exactly what I was told, my mail still was not held or delivered correctly. I have numerous recordings, documentation, and evidence showing the problems I have experienced with this location. I have spoken with multiple employees and tried to resolve these issues through the proper channels, but I continue to receive little to no help. It is extremely frustrating to deal with these problems from a federal service that people depend on every day. If anyone reading this has experienced similar issues or knows how I can get additional help, please comment or reach out. I simply want my mail handled correctly and for someone to take these concerns seriously.
