Waiting 45 in line DURING passport walk in hours for them to inform me that they aren’t doing “walk in” hours because they are “understaffed” but yet I saw multiple employees in the back as well as them doordashing food. Everywhere is understaffed, but next time instead of wasting peoples time that are coming in on their only lunch break DURING walk in hours how about putting up a sign. I will never be back here and do not recommend for anyone else.

- MSMariah ScottApr 16, 20265.0ELETHIA WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I try to stay away from the post office & dmv if anyway possible because of the horrible attitudes that the staff have. Elethia has completely changed my mind. She was so attentive, extremely sweet, & she helped me and my boyfriend because we came in for passports and I didn't have everything filled out correctly. I love to see people who love their jobs, and genuinely care about the people they are helping. I haven’t been feeling well, she made me forget that I did not feel 100%. Thank you so much again Elethia. We really appreciate your help.
