- DADajah AlexisJun 24, 20262.0This post office has caused me ongoing issues with my mail for a long time. It has become a constant battle just to receive my mail properly. I am repeatedly told one thing, but then something completely different happens. I was instructed to complete a service address request, and even after doing exactly what I was told, my mail still was not held or delivered correctly. I have numerous recordings, documentation, and evidence showing the problems I have experienced with this location. I have spoken with multiple employees and tried to resolve these issues through the proper channels, but I continue to receive little to no help. It is extremely frustrating to deal with these problems from a federal service that people depend on every day. If anyone reading this has experienced similar issues or knows how I can get additional help, please comment or reach out. I simply want my mail handled correctly and for someone to take these concerns seriously.
- LLLeeJun 22, 20262.0The customer service is lacking. The employees are rude and impersonal. I waited over a week for a redelivery of an item, no one came in 6 days to pick up my slip. I had to go to the office to pick it up myself and the staff acted like it was a bother for anyone to be there.

- PMpaige murrayMay 29, 20261.0The black older lady that works in the service department is extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars and still let the people know how rude she is I would. She acts as if people being here is an inconvenience to her. She’s also extremely slow.
- WMWendy MullerMay 26, 20261.0"Misdelivered" my package and told me to take it up with the seller. Also I'm constantly getting mail for my neighbors in my mailbox. My mailbox has my house number clearly posted on it. If you try to call, they never answer the phone.
