- MLMichael Lessar1 day ago2.0Unhappy with the counter staff, wanting to send a letter registered mail, picked the wrong envelope and was told the right envelope was out in front where I got the wrong one. There wasn't any out front and the staff told me that they must have all been used. So I had to pay for the wrong one after we changed to the correct one.

- SSSteven SmithMar 30, 20261.0They just need to close this whole company. Delivery drivers literally refuse to deliver packages because they are Amazon boxes. If USPS does business with Amazon then you have to deliver them! Tracking of packages is horrible. They scan them as delivered and they are NOT! Extremely difficult to get anyone in management to call back and resolve and issues 😕

Our mail has been held and marked as undeliverable for the past year after our mail carrier pepper sprayed our very old, gray golden retriever. He is so sweet, wanted to say hi, was wagging his tail and moving slow on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Since the incident we haven’t received mail despite talking to several people in charge. Wish things were different.
