I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. The past three times specifically. Two weeks ago, there was a long line I was next in line and the woman at the counter shouted at me to get back and “MOVE OUT OF THE WAY” because there was a man who was there first and needed to ship a letter out. Okay? I don’t care if he was first but the shouting was unnecessary. Second this past week, I was making line (no one at the counter) an older gentleman walked I after me with two letters, I was shipping out a package with a QE code. Again the same woman came out and ignored me and told him to come forward. He literally said “he wanted the young lady to be assisted first”, she then went on to say “absolutely not I saw on the cameras you were outside first.” What? Outside the door first? It’s just so weird. Lastly about three weeks ago I was shipping our three packages with QT codes for each. I specifically write an initial on each so I know which package it is and for the correct code. The same woman took all three bags and I told her which bag for which code. The last bag she said she didn’t catch the code. I had to show her and she scanned twice. Now, I’m getting emails from my buyer that the merchandise was delivered to the wrong address. Now I’m in a whole mess where I’m losing out on money and product cause of this issue. For your sake please go somewhere else until they fix the issue with their employees. It’s just ridiculous at this point.

Staff will be joking around with each other or other vendors and so nice to each other, but the second they have to even look at you they seem disgusted. There's one worker that will get annoyed if you request for items to be scanned in, rather than tossing them into a random bin. The same worker also cops an attitude if she has to do any aspect of her job. I go out of my way to go to other post offices to avoid the nastiness within the people that work at this one

Lots of negative reviews but I had a good experience here. The lady working was friendly and helpful.

Close at any whim, don't care about hours, no regard for customer, often rude. It's a horrible place to have a post office box. I regret using this place every single time I visit.
