Not only did she steer me in the right direction as to the correct packaging I need to use for my business, but she also helped me in another wonderful way. I had a ginormous parcel that she was unable to deliver because it was so huge. So, I had to pick it up at the post office. Would you believe thst Stephanie MET ME AT THE post office???? And between her and another lady employee, they placed the parcel in my car!!!???!!! Talk about going above and beyond. And it's not just these few occasions. Stephanie, during the last few years has consistently provided excellent customer service and care.. all with a smile and a great sense of humor. I hope this reaches the Post Master General. My favorite mail lady needs recognition for her excellent, exemplary service!!!
