    The young man working at the counter was the most polite, professional, and positive person! He also juggled handling more than one customer at a time. Super friendly and efficient!!

    Every time I go into the UPS store, I leave with a smile. All the employees are so polite and generous. I go several times for things like notarization and mailing out packages as well as other reasons and everyone they’re very efficient.! I couldn’t recommend the UPS store Moore. I actually hate when I have to go to USPS because they’re never polite or efficient! I would choose UPS every time!

    I am gonna visit this saturday again but i am not happy in receiving paCkiging at home satisfactory because they dont leave any paper at my home to pick it up easy at offices i a. Working long hours never receiving my packages

    Arrived at the store on Saturday about 2:52 p.m. I normally do not wait so late however I was running behind. I have a back injury and I was having a bad pain day. So I get out of my car I get in the back I get my packages probably took me about three minutes so I walked up to the door at 2:55 and the door was locked the gentleman came to the door and was very bridge and said we're closed and I said your store hours stay right there on the window that you're open till 3:00 p.m. is now 2:55 p.m. then he proceeded to slam the door in my face. If I were you I would not do business with this store. I've been doing business with the store probably for 15 years. Almost weekly. However, I will not return the gentleman is Young Caucasian with a nose ring. I would avoid him.l suggest that the owners and his employment if he's going to treat customers the way he just treated me. As a 30-year veteran of the hospitality and customer service industry I have never seen such rude, abrupt, treatment of a customer. Consumer beware.
