  The owner and staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to make sure they've taken care of anything that I need. I'm so grateful this locally owned store in downtown and has been servicing this area for over 36 years!!!

  I dropped a package off and what it seems to be the owner or manager was joking around with the employee, which is good but not when I’m there. Now Amazon hasn’t acknowledge my package was shipped. I wish the employee were paying more attention to the task at hand, and not to his boss’ jokes! Is not polite to have a conversation between the two of y’all while there’s customers at the store, I know, they do it at Kroger every day but I hold UPS to higher standards.

  Guy who answered the phone on this morning was not helpful AT ALL basically told me he’s just with the franchise and that he knows nothing about ups in its entirety told me I’ll have better luck at calling the toll free number he was dismissive and didn’t share any empathy of concern I explained to him , I felt as if I shared a story and wasted my own time because he didn’t know and really didn’t care . He sound as if he really didnt want to answer the phone in the first place, like dude I just want my package

  Terrible customer service!!! I mailed a piece of art out on 8/18/26, there was only one flimsy envelope that would fit my 11x14 print. I didn’t want it to bend so I asked the man working if I could have a piece of cardboard or something to make the envelope stiff so it doesn’t bend since there weren’t any envelopes that didn’t bend. He said no (even though I saw a pile of cardboard he was just breaking down) and didn’t really seem interested in helping me either, just told me to write “do not fold” on it. He never once suggested that I send it a different way so I sent it ground advantage. The recipient of the print sent me pics of it bent to hell this morning!!! I called customer service and they said I can’t get a refund for the $17 I spent to basically send an envelope!!! Teach your employees to actually help people when sending packages! Stock your store with options too, it’s not that hard to do the job you’re paid to do!

  The old gentleman was very cold his attitude was like I was bothering him didn't feel welcomed just rushed
