  Guy who answered the phone on this morning was not helpful AT ALL basically told me he’s just with the franchise and that he knows nothing about ups in its entirety told me I’ll have better luck at calling the toll free number he was dismissive and didn’t share any empathy of concern I explained to him , I felt as if I shared a story and wasted my own time because he didn’t know and really didn’t care . He sound as if he really didnt want to answer the phone in the first place, like dude I just want my package

  The old gentleman was very cold his attitude was like I was bothering him didn't feel welcomed just rushed

  Don't ship anything off with ups!! They allow their employees to steal packages and get away with stealing too!!! And they will not reimburse you fully. They don't have consideration for all customers and they don't listen to you either worst shipping place ever

  I live in Savannah Ga and when I got my package, it look like someone opened it and then tried to re-wrap it. I have pictures but that was a gift for someone and for it to come in the mail looking like that makes me not trust UPS
