The staff always acts like I'm inconveniencing them by being there. I only go here for Amazon returns now and half the times I’ve gone, they haven’t been able to do the return for multiple different reasons.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I entered the store this morning around 10am, after driving an hour to get to the store, asking to recycle items that are on their recycling list and before I could show the items, the lady automatically stated the policy changed last month and those items aren’t accepted. I didn’t even show the items yet! So I went to the Staples on Victory Sq. and they were much more helpful and took the electronics I was recycling (iPad, game consoles, and GPS). Staples recycling program is widely known and even on the local radio!! I highly recommend staff REtraining!! Will never visit again. Poor customer service!

The print center can be either great or garbage. And I am an expert when it comes to printing companies; my parents' owned a printing company for 35 years.
Here are the good things: The quality is typically really good. When they aren't insanely busy and all the machines work, the employees can be super helpful, and if you are unhappy with anything they are fantastic about giving you a refund.
Here are the bad things: Communication is pretty non-existent. If a machine is down, no one's going to contact you and let you know there is going to be a delay. If you place a same-day order online and they delay it, because they are understaffed or they already have too many orders, no one's going to let you know. And everyone in a while there is an employee who just is super impatient and rude ... Which I can totally understand, when you are dealing with being understaffed, broken equipment, etc., but still, rude is rude.
