- ATAlex TreibergOct 4, 20241.0Wish I could give zero stars. They have already rescheduled a delivery for 2 weeks later. The customer service is awful. Have been on the phone now for an hour and they make it impossible to try and just pick up the package yourself. Amazon customer service is also fed up with them since RXO cant even give approval over the phone to allow the customer to pick up the package locally. This has probably been the worst customer service ever.

This is delaying a contractor to finish work in my home and will cost me extra for the delay. Not only that but a nonfunctional bathroom. I have no trust in this company and do not believe what they say. If they can’t deliver they should let you pick up your product!
