Horrible service. No calls backs 2 months to deliver down the road. Hire a snail instead.

Delayed a delivery and forced a reschedule one hour into the scheduled delivery window. One would assume scheduling a delivery weeks ahead of time should be no challenge for a literal logistics company, but here we are. Updated review: The social team was very responsive and got our delivery scheduled. The two guys who set up our appliances were fantastic- careful and thorough. Long story short, the employees were great but the system needs improvement.

If I could give zero stars I would. My delivery has been rescheduled twice. This is delaying a contractor to finish work in my home and will cost me extra for the delay. Not only that but a nonfunctional bathroom. I have no trust in this company and do not believe what they say. If they can’t deliver they should let you pick up your product!

I would leave no stars if possible... why should anyone get a gold star when they can't do what they are paid to do!? I ordered my washing machine from Samsung on Feb 18th to be delivered on March 25th.. the morning of the 24th I get a confirmation email for the 25th... later in the day I get an automated phone call saying April 1st... they were down a truck when i called, then later in the day April 2nd.. On April 1st I get a text that delivery had been scheduled for April 6th. I called again and no one can seem to get in touch with this shotty company.
