The lady working was extremely rude to me and multiple other customers during very simple and uncomplicated interactions. Throwing packages. Absolutely the worst experience. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. The staff at the Trowbridge crossing location a few minutes away is AMAZING and so kind and friendly. Worth the extra drive to avoid this despicably rude lady. She needs to be fired immediately bc clearly customer service is NOT the career path for her

Dropped off a prepaid package and the clerk literally flung it across the back to the package collection box. Almost ludicrous how apathetic they are. The other clerk was having a full on conversation on his speakerphone while serving customers.
