This has to be the sorriest USPS I have ever been to. They don’t open on time and close early with no explanation. Don’t come here poor attitude and bad customer service!

Closed during normal business hours. Self service machine is of no use for my situation to simply print out a label using the QR code as listed as an option. Picture Attached.

Showed up to this location and it was very busy but the staff was very helpful and kind. I don’t send packages often and they helped me to send my packages out and were very u understanding. There were some things that looked like they needed repair around the lobby and scratches on the door. i hope they send some people to fix things up so these good people have a good work environment because the service was great. 👍

I really want for USPS to update all of their information. On 06/06/26, I stopped by this location because I was informed via telephone by a black AMERICAN USPS representative that this is the location I needed to pick up my package from. I stood in line and waited while one person worked the counter, only to get to the front of the line and have the gentleman tell me that this location was in fact not the right one, I needed to go to Hightower Trail but THEY’RE CLOSED TODAY. Great. I asked a few more times just to be sure that he was sure, I mean, seeing the information online and also speaking with a rep who has given different information from what he was telling me - who do you believe?? He told me I most likely spoke with a USPS call center in China or India. Wrong. I know who I spoke with, it was an American who I believe was a black woman too. Please I beg, USPS please update your information online to reflect and be clear for customers. Not only did I waste my own time, but it’s also wasting the employees time at this location to deal with customers who believe they can pick up packages from this location. This happens so often that they have a stack of papers with the correct address that customers need to go to, printed out! Please update this and make it clear that this location is solely a store, not a center where customers can pick up packages without having a PO Box.
