genuinely shocked at how rude the woman behind the counter is-- no eye contact, spoke so fast that i had to ask her to repeat what she said and she was terribly inconvenienced by that. also asked for money orders and when she said "dont have any. next!" i asked where i could get some because i've never gotten them before and she said "i don't know. next!" why work a customer service job if you don't like people?

The lady with glasses working in the office really needs to work on her attitude and customer service. If she doesn’t like her job or doesn’t enjoy dealing with people, she always has the choice to find something else. There is no reason to pressure or be rude to customers who are simply asking a simple question and need assistance. Everyone has bad days, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to take their frustration out on others. Her negative attitude first thing in the morning can easily ruin someone else’s day.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. The lady with glasses working in the office was extremely rude and unhelpful when I had a simple question about my delivery. At first, I thought maybe she was just having a difficult day, so I didn’t think much of it. However, I went back to the office two days later with another simple question, and unfortunately, the same attitude continued. She seemed to have very little patience and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for assistance. There was no one else in the office, so I don’t understand why a basic question was met with such frustration. Everyone has bad days, but customer service should still be respectful and professional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because one person’s attitude can easily ruin someone else’s entire morning.

They won’t print for you, and the young guy with big glasses and a high voice was so rude when I said that’s surprising, and didn’t provide any help on where I could get my label printed

The lady with the braids and glasses at the front is so so so rude. Every single time I come she insulted me by stating “Y'all act like you all are the only person this happens to. It's nothing new so I don’t know why you all act like this.“ Then she proceeds to say keep your peace as if she's not trying to disrupt it by being rude. Nobody told her to get her job and she acts like she hates it! Her position needs to be given to someone who'd appreciate it. I see why the ratings are so low
