STICK TO THE LUNCH TIME THAT SAYS 1:30–2:30 ON THE FRONT DOOR. I got here at 1:10 and they were already gone. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this. Really disappointed and annoyed. This is the second time I’ve rushed from work on my lunch hour to get here, and they’ve already gone to lunch 20 minutes early. I sell products on the side, so my customers have to wait even longer to get their items because they don’t get back until around 2:30, and by then my lunch hour has already passed. Really annoying how they go to lunch 20 minutes early. L

Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Their own front door clearly posts their lunch closure as 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM, yet I pulled up at 12:50 PM to a locked door. This is the second time this week I’ve wasted a trip here during posted open hours. If staff can’t even honor the lunch schedule printed on their own front door, they need new management. Save your time and gas—go to a different branch.

They’re supposed to be closed for lunch 130 to 230. I showed up at 1:16 and they were already closed for lunch.

This office is great when the tall gentleman is there; he is very kind, always in a good mood, happy, energetic, and efficient. He always greets people and says goodbye with a great attitude, I really commend him; it is clear he loves his job. When he is replaced, they send a young woman who clearly doesn't want to be there; her attitude is terrible. She doesn't say hello, and even when customers say goodbye, she doesn't respond. On one occasion, I arrived at 3:00 p.m.; she was there, but the door was locked. She shouted from inside that they were closed and no longer serving customers, and she shouted in a very unpleasant way. She was annoyed when I pointed out that it was only 3:00 p.m. and service was supposed to run until 5:00 p.m. That young woman is not suited for a customer service role. At other times, they send a different gentleman, a dark-skinned man, who is much better than her. I am giving a 5 star rating because of the tall gentleman (who is excellent) and the other gentleman who fills in, but I wouldn't give even a single star for the young woman.

Never open no matter what time of the day I come. Always “closed for lunch” despite it not being during their lunch break time
