- LPLydia PMay 13, 20261.0I came back to this location because a manager had helped me before and was nice. Unfortunately this time my experience was a lot different. I waited a little in line to then get up to the counter for Phillip to make rude comments towards me when I just heard him being nice to those infront of me. I also work in customer service and would never treat customers how he treated me. I called a label a “slip” and he went out of his way to correct and try to embarrass me. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait forever and be spoken to this way!

There appears to be a consistent pattern of inaccurate deliveries, based on both my experience and feedback from other customers, indicating a need for improved staff training and oversight. Six months ago, a Priority Mail envelope I sent was marked as delivered but was actually misdelivered to the wrong address. I only received it because the individual who got it brought it to my home. More recently, I mailed an item on April 8th from New York to Atlanta, and as of April 16th, it has not been delivered or updated. Given my prior experience, I am concerned it has also been misdelivered. This ongoing issue is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about reliability at this location. I request a prompt investigation and immediate corrective action.

Why are yall even in business as a primary place mail is sent out from when you refuse to be open during any time an employed individual would be working? I have called multiple times with no answer, yall have constantly lost very important mail. I don't know who I have to talk to in order to get in contact with you guys. I have a package that yall are holding hostage with additional cost no idea what it is. And yalls post man don't even know what time you are open.
