  I had a great experience with Jalen at DHL. Even though I arrived at the last minute, he was extremely patient and supportive. He took the time to help me with my shipment, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His calm attitude and willingness to help really stood out.   The people here are extremely helpful and truly go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. Even while I was out of state, they accommodated all of my requests without any issues.   I had an urgent international shipping and tried all other shipping points around, FedEx, UPS without any good response with regards to prompt delivery. I called and Jalen was able to assist me and get my documents shipped out quickly. He was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely consider this location for any international shipping.
