  The package was not shipped out; rather, it was misplaced and delayed by two weeks. The only thing they could offer me was a refund, and my package either wouldn't be delivered or would be delivered later than when I needed it to arrive. What's the point of charging ridiculous amounts when the package doesn't even get delivered within your advertised timeline? I understand delays, but negligence is hard to understand and excuse.
