Never heard of this in my life. Then he said a rush job would be 30 minutes to 1 hour if someone was ahead of me. The store was empty. When I asked if someone was ahead of me in the print que, he said that was a personal thing and couldn’t give me that information. LOL. A personal thing? What a joke. If you need anything other than dropping off a package with a pre-printed label, this is not the store for you. It’s not that the customer service was just bad, it was bad AND made absolutely no sense whatsoever and the logic used to explain the situation was not grounded in reality. Will never go back. Thank goodness for Fedex office
