- KPKathy PerryMay 10, 20261.0Over the past few months I have mailed out around 10 birthday cards, Mother's day cards, etc. To kids and grandkids. Came in to post office, bought stamps. They added to envelopes and took cards to be delivered. I assumed all is well. After no feedback (Thanks Nanny for the card), and speaking to them, the cards were never received. This is very disappointing when you are able to be with someone and send a hug...or a smile. Might be time to call the BBB 😞

Very great customer service. And such a cheerful work environment.
- TSTJ StoffletJun 22, 20255.0Had a package that went from Tennessee, to Jacksonville, to Puerto Rico, to Jacksonville, and finally here to me. Kelly at the St Marys office provided incredible support to me throughout the entire process. Even after that issue was resolved, she still assisted me with another problem (outside of official requests, mind you). In an age where receiving real support from people that actually care is becoming the exception vs the norm, Kelly, the Postmaster, and the rest of the St Marys USPS staff continue to be an example of what USPS can achieve.
