- LCLucas ChristopherSep 11, 20261.0I have bitten my tongue for a while now, but things are not getting any better. Multiple packages have been left on the ground directly in front of my porch steps; some have even been left in the rain (yesterday, for example). And just today, I opened my mailbox to find a rather expensive vinyl record literally folded in half and wedged inside. I have attempted to provide a large and clearly labeled parcel box beside the steps for packages that are too large, to keep them out of the weather and/or to prevent the need for delivery drivers to walk up the steps to my covered porch, but it is ignored altogether. I feel as if the postal delivery driver has a personal vendetta against me. If I am out of line or asking for too much, please let me know.

- ABAmy BellOct 3, 20201.0In 26 years of having a post office box in St. George, we have never had the problems that we have had in the last year or more. Our mail is returned to sender and the postmaster is rude. You cannot ask a simple question without being treated like an inconvenience. You are reprimanded for not picking up packages within a certain timeframe of delivery or the post office closing for the day. Until recently, we always had prompt, exceptional and friendly customer service from the former Postmasters. This has sadly changed. We have called the Folkston office to complain to no avail.

She gives the impression that we are inconveniencing her by showing up. This past Saturday, when asked what time they close on Saturdays, she didn't even know the answer!
