- PHpage handSep 10, 20265.0I drive from Madison to Rutledge twice a week to mail my packages, it's about 20 miles out of my way but the Rutledge post office has the nicest people working there , they are friendly and helpful. I just love them. Madison Ga post office needs to take lessons from them on customer service because everyone at the Madison post office is horrible and rude as hell.

Came into the post office 8 minutes before it was suppose to close and they had it closed. I knocked on the door and they came and gave me a lecture about how "i could have just come back tomorrow" Alicia and Malcom were amazing and this place has truly gone downhill since they both left.
