I came in to send out my tax forms and arrived well before 7 PM, but because the line was long and the clerks were moving slowly, they refused to help anyone else once it reached closing time. I tried to explain that I had been waiting before they closed, but they wouldn’t budge or offer any assistance. Cutting off the line for customers who arrived before closing is extremely inconvenient and unfair. If you need help with an important service, I would not recommend relying on this location.
- ASA SApr 14, 20261.0Didn’t take picture but don’t go here…the line went from desk all the way to the door and it’s a bit of a walk to the desk from the door they have one big cart for packages it was overflowing so I scan my thing at the kiosk (thank god I had a pre printed label) and the thing next to the kiosk for putting packages in has no handle and once u do use ur hand to open it somehow some packages r stuck because even that huge thing is over filled with even morepackages… i have never been to a usps this bad they reallllly need help I felt bad for the African American older gentleman working by himself that’s horrible! Get him some help!
