Mail was delivered to PO Box on 6/10/26. Waited a week before picking it up. Checked today and opened my box to find it empty. Confirmed tracking and delivery and it should have arrived on the exact date. Conclusion, it was stolen.

I have never experienced such poor customer service or encountered such rude employees in my life.
I came to ship five packages (four with prepaid labels and one for which I needed assistance choosing the best shipping option).
I arrived at approximately 5:20 p.m. The lobby doors were open, the “Open” sign was still displayed, and the posted closing time was 6:00 p.m. However, the doors to the service counter were locked. When I pulled on the door, the employee behind the counter told the customer she was helping, “Don’t even look that way.”
At the time, there were only two customers being assisted by one employee. I knocked on the door several times and tried to get someone’s attention, but no one would acknowledge me. I called out through the door because it was 5:30 p.m. and there were still 30 minutes left before closing. No one would answer my questions or explain why the counter was closed early. Instead, the employees appeared more interested in talking about my husband and me to the customer they were serving.
I then went to the self-service kiosk to try to ship my packages myself. Unfortunately, the package drop bin was so full that I could not open it. I knocked on the door again. By this point, there were two employees behind the counter. One was finishing with a customer, and the other was not assisting anyone, yet neither would help me.
After I repeatedly asked through the door why they were closed early and informed them that the kiosk was not functioning properly, an employee finally came to the door and stated that they were closing early due to staffing issues. They said they would address the overflowing drop bin.
I returned to the self-service kiosk because I still needed my packages shipped, but I was unable to complete all of my transactions because the scale was broken. Meanwhile, the employees had pulled the curtains closed and kept the doors locked.
By approximately 5:45 p.m., there were at least a dozen people arriving and being turned away, unable to mail packages or access services.
Your posted hours clearly state that you close at 6:00 p.m. Many people work until 5:00 p.m. and rely on being able to access postal services during the advertised business hours. If staffing issues required an early closure, customers should have been informed respectfully and professionally.
The complete lack of communication, refusal to acknowledge waiting customers, and dismissive behavior displayed by the employees on duty was unacceptable. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had.

This post office marked my live animal package as delivered to a neighbor but we were home at the time of delivery. None of my neighbors have the package and I’ve tried calling the post office with the number supplied to me by the USPS customer support and this office won’t answer the phone. I’ve tried calling 15+ times. The animal will likely be dead by the time I get the package if it ever makes it to me. Very disappointed and sad for the animal
Update: after opening an investigation, the post master for this location called to get everything sorted out. The fish was locked in my mailbox package system for a week. He immediately sent someone over to get the animal out and give him to me. Luckily the animal survived. 5 stars for his service in getting this sorted out. His tip was to leave a post it note in the mailbox for issues to be resolved faster because no one sits by the phones

Not good! If the sign with the hours outside says 6 and I get there at 5:45 they should honor their times and still be open! If you want to close earlier change your hours then! So frustrating!

Today is Wednesday 10 am.
They were closed without any explanation.
One lady who met at the entrance and wears post office uniform just told me go to another location. Terrible !
