  If you are not able to deliver packages, then why are you in the business of package delivery? I just left this store at approximately 9:10AM on April 25, 2026 empty-handed despite my package being no more than a foot away from me. This package which I paid to pickup at an access point has been delayed MULTIPLE times for UNKNOWN reasons. Yesterday I was called by this access point at 11:00AM on Friday, April 24, 2026. (Apparently my attaching an image of the missed call is naughty according to google (?!?), but I have it.) So I checked to see if this package was there and oddly according to ups.com at 9:44AM the package was delivered to this access point and magically at 10:12AM the package was in their possession AND there was a request to change delivery (FYI: not by me). The person working there is beyond rude and condescending and for some reason was super suspicious of my picking up the package. I suppose the metropolitan area is full of Crystal Pendergrass-es out stealing other Crystal Pendergrass' jelly beans. After she deemed my driver's license to be real, she was unable to scan the package because despite it being there for LESS THAN 24 HOURS it was marked to be returned. So I am still package-less thanks to a perfect display of incompetence. UPDATE: This UPS store is very shady and I would be careful doing business there. This UPS store, though clearly listed as an access point on UPS’ website, refused delivery of my package MULTIPLE times, intentionally causing the delays. They immediately marked my package for return on the SAME day of receipt. I believe UPS allows FIVE days for pickup before returning. Also, I find it hard to believe there is no way to manually enter the tracking number should scanning fail. Both the woman I dealt with on Saturday and her manager are unprofessional, suspicious and should be investigated for practices not consistent with UPS. Fortunately, my package is being replaced.

  Followed the Amazon instructions below for returning items and went to this UPS store location with six items in multiple boxes to return. I gave my return printout on my first trip in, I made three more trips to get all of the boxes inside. After I hauled all of the boxes inside the man at the desk informed me he was refusing to take the returns unless I wanted to pay him to pack them all in one box. As you can see from the instructions below from Amazon, it states not to box or label the return. UPDATE - Followed up with Amazon after the Centennial UPS store would not accept the returns. Was advised they absolutely should have. Today I visited the UPS store at Holcomb Bridge and Old Alabama where Publix is located. They knew what to do with the shipment, multiple items - one QR code, the box sizes were not an issue - service was great, fast and efficient. Please visit the location near Publix for a great experience!   Fast friendly service despite the overall 2.5 star rating. I was worried about using this store because of the reviews and ratings but I was pleasantly surprised today. I was greeted and helped almost immediately. I was only doing a small print job and they handled it very quickly. We couldn’t get a stamped area to print so I accepted it just wasn’t going to work paid and left. I got a call a few minutes later that they tinkered with the settings and got it to print correctly. I swung back by and picked up the better print at no charge. I will definitely use them again given my good experience here.
