- ARAnna Rawl1 day ago1.0Terrible UPS location. My past few experiences have been so disappointing I will not visit this location again. They do not operate under typical UPS guidelines. They tried to charge me to tape an Amazon return, printers were not working last time I was here, and their wifi/system was down the other time. Always a bad experience with rude customer service and will not be back.

I told him the email said no and then he said let me see like I was lying. I had to pull up my email and show him and they said well that’s what you say when the email Carly said no box or label. I just don’t appreciate being screamed at.

The associate was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional when explaining that a return could not be accepted because it might leak. Instead of simply and politely explaining the policy, he said, “I will not take your return. I am not a cleaning crew.” I completely understand if store policy prevents employees from accepting an item that could potentially leak. That was not the issue. The issue was the disrespectful and condescending way it was communicated. A professional response could have simply been, “Unfortunately, because the item has the potential to leak, we’re unable to accept it. Please contact Amazon for assistance with the return.” There was absolutely no need for the attitude or the “cleaning crew” comment. Customers should be spoken to respectfully, even when an employee has to decline a return. This interaction left a very negative impression of the customer service at this location.
