  The service I received from Upendra was impeccable. On the two occasions I visited the UPS Store (1/30 & 2/5) for notary service, he was attentive, professional, and thorough - Thank You, Upendra!!

  I've had several issues at this store but this week I needed to drop off some ATT equipment for a return. The instructions are to take the products to UPS store, they scan the equipment and the return is processed. I could tell this guy didn't want to help. He asked for my name, then sort of acted like he was typing then stated you need to call ATT there is an issue. I sort of challenged him to scan the equipment with his bar case reader and he simply wouldn't do it. I got the feeling he was just being difficult so I went to another UPS stoer down the road, where I had zero issues and the return was handled with 100% professionalism. This store is a joke.

  ZERO STARS IF IT COULD BE!!! WORST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN, EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
