- JJJODI Joseph1 day ago1.0Very poor Customer service. Politeness and professionalism still do go a long way. I’ve attempted to use this location a few times. The blessing is there are several ups stores to go to.

Package I tried to return came in 2 boxes and he said I need to throw them in one box. I didn’t know I need my label printed so I tried to print it in the store and he was dismissive and extremely rude. They need to get new staff in this location.

This reflects terribly on the owner of this franchise and him allowing this type of behavior to continue to happen. There are many pleasant people that are in need of a job that would be more suitable and bring your store more business. Wake Up, before you are reported or your franchise is revoked!!
