  I've come in here several times and there always seems to be an issue with the level of service. So much so that after today's weird incident I chose to write a review. I arrived and waited for the customer ahead of me to finish. Once it was my turn, I began placing my pre-labeled items on the counter to be scanned. I was completely organized, all packages with prepaid labels were taped, boxes were taped and I had my codes ready for scanning for my happy returns. The young woman at the register greeted me and then decided to halt my transaction, because someone walked in the store after me and only had one box. The young woman stopped what she was doing with me and decided to help someone that walked in after me instead. When I said “hi what is going on” the associate replied that the other customer "oh she only had one item," I said "ok I understand that but all my items are here, I waited for the person in front of me to finish. now I have to wait for someone after me"...she said again "well this person only has one item" implying my larger order justified being set aside. This happened not once but twice during my visit, as the same customer left and returned mid-transaction and again the associate chose to answer the random lady's questions when she came back in the store instead of just handling my packages. What on earth is going on in this store? This isn't the first time this has happened, the young woman that works there seems to be confused about taking people that are in line, in the order they walked into the store.

  I go to this location often. I am always met with a smile, a greeting, and the utmost professionalism. Grant is amazing. Always kind, helpful and friendly. I also like that they are open Sundays.

  the customer service is quite bland. I utilize this location for drop offs. Frequently the young staff is silent after I greet and try to be human with them. The young lady is great and has personality, this is specifically for the male staff. I’m not owed a performative interaction, just looking for some humanity and less obvious disdain for my existence.
