- KCKing CloudMay 29, 20241.0They keep putting my packages in different mailboxes. It's been 3 times they've done this, the first two I was lucky enough to get them. I called about my third package and they said they will put it in the correct mailbox on that day but they never did. I'm not the only one who's had this problem, there are a lot of others with missing mail and it gets into other people's mailbox. I'm just afraid my packages will get stolen because of negligence.

Recipients rely on these alerts to plan for reception of the items, and to verify their goods have not vanished. It takes 10 minutes of difficult menu navigation to even check with the customer service center, so a much better option would be to maintain an honest, truthful accounting of the location of packages, regardless of which tracking service the customer queries.
- DDDANIELLEAug 3, 20182.0This is the second time in a month that they have just past my mailbox when the red arm is up. I really rely on these people to deliver things that are of importance. Please stop passing my mailbox up when the arm is up. There is a reason for it being up. I guess we will see if they get it today.
