- GCGwendolyn Carter5 days ago4.0Usually have pretty positive experiences here. But I usually wind up going later in the evening, so must use the self serve options which are fine. My only suggestion: would it be possible to move the counter area over to be adjacent to the actual self serve computer? There is nowhere to put your packages ,purse, bags, supplies, etc when preparing things to mail. There IS a little counter but it is pretty far away from the self serve area. I have literally had to set my stuff on the floor. Others have seemed inconvenienced by this as well. I just think it would be a huge improvement! Thank you for considering my suggestion. My greatest appreciation though is you offering a self serve option for folks like me who must come after hours, and I really really appreciate being offerred the option to buy any number of stamps, not just requiring us to buy entire booklet. 😀

- DWDawson WaitsMay 2, 20261.0Apparently you have to make an appointment to get a passport done and sent off even if you already have the paperwork done. The workers appeared lazy and said they were booked out for a month for passports even though there was only 1 person in there.
