  Went here for notary and these people said we have to bring our own witnesses. What a joke! UPS needs to institute consistent policies around notaries. I visited two UPS locations for notaries within a few miles of each other and they had radically different policies for what a witness could constitute. Avoid this place if your notarized document requires a witness.

  They had lost my package for an Xbox series x I was so pissed that I just got the controller and they didn't put a label on it on the Xbox series x

  Whoever manages this store needs to be replaced immediately!!!! UPS is a brand and they should have standards that apparently this manager doesn't uphold. When you ship packages from a store apparently they are third party and you have to go back to the store if there is a problem and you have to file a claim. Well my package is/was lost and not received by the date that it was supposed to be there 7/21/2026 but sitting in the state apparently at the UPS facility 30 minutes away from where it's supposed to go! I go back to the store on 7/24/2026 and I haven't been able to file the claim and then getting the runaround since!!!! Package still haven't been received nor moved since it has arrived at the UPS facility in the state that shipped it too.. I go back to the store on 7/26/2026 for the manager to tell the young lady working there that the system is down and I need to call customer service and hopefully they can help me out. I called customer service and customer service told me that the store has to file the claim and I have to go back there! I called the store the same day and spoke to the same young lady and she told me, "YES, she knew that, and that she was told by her manager to tell me that so I can walk away!" Knowing that I could not file the claim on my own because the customer service asks you questions that you don't have because you don't have account privileges from the store that only the manager or an employee can give... How screwed up is that!!!!!! I explained to the young lady she should have never sent me away knowing that I could not fix the problem. She apologized and said that was her manager doing and that's what her manager told her to do! My question is, why does it always have to be US 🤷🏾‍♂️ and in our neighborhood? Now here it is days later and I still haven't been able to file the claim and find a package. I surely hope someone from corporate reads this and make a change!!!!!

  The customer service was excellent. She was very patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!

  July 2,2026 Went to this location to have some paper scanned to my emails the young lady that was so involved with the music that was planning her ears finally acknowledge me and told me they don’t do that. You’re at this location what!!!
