No wonder you had a financial net loss of 5 billion dollars last year. My conclusion--you suck! You exemplify the stereotypical poorly run governmental operation. So thank you for your horrible service and making our lives a little less better.

They tried to deliver a package last Thursday but I didnt come to the door quick enough and they left a redelivery ticket in my mailbox. I scheduled redelivery for Monday. Its now Wednesday, chased the mailman down the block and he said good luck. Guess I can kiss that package goodbye
