    Package held at customers request at post office. That is what I am dealing with right now it’s a package it’s supposed to be sent to the Carolinas instead it’s being held at this particular post office, which is about two hours from where I live tomorrow. I get the great joy of driving up there and getting my piece of mail and driving it myself to the Carolinas because apparently this particular post office is incompetent . I will be putting in a complete report as this is unacceptable and it should’ve been delivered three days ago. No, this customer did not tell you to hold a package . why on earth would I send something out priority only to tell you to hold it . Oh yeah, I didn’t. !!!

    This has become an ongoing issue with the same postal employee who regularly delivers to our business (a short, heavyset white woman with short hair who wears gloves while making deliveries). She has consistently displayed an unprofessional and confrontational attitude toward our staff despite multiple polite conversations regarding package delivery instructions. Even with clearly posted signage and repeated requests, she refuses to deliver packages to the appropriate entrance and has openly stated that she will continue doing things however she chooses. The most recent incident was especially concerning. Rather than exercising patience around customers entering our business, she honked aggressively at two of our customers walking in from the parking lot for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the Postal Service and creates unnecessary tension for both employees and customers. Professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect should be expected from anyone representing a public service. Unfortunately, our repeated experiences with this particular carrier have been consistently negative, and the situation appears to be getting worse instead of better. I sincerely hope management addresses these ongoing concerns.

    Y'all. I know it can be challenging when it comes to sending/receiving mail. I know I've had issues with mail forwarding before and run through many hoops to try to fix it. I know that construction is never fun at a place of business. But when I tell you that today I was truly moved at the kindness and top notch customer service I received. Doris listened when I explained my autistic brother was in the car and he was afraid of the construction noises but needed a change of address verification. She offered to step outside so that he wouldn't be overwhelmed but she could verify his identity for the form. It was a simple act--but she has my gratitude and deserves recognition. I am grateful for my local USPS workers, especially Doris. Thank you!
