I gave her the single return code Amazon provided for 2 exact same items, she then sent me out to call them for a second code. Took 30 mins on the phone to get the second code. The man that took the second code couldn’t locate the packages, the girl said I was giving her the original code again, then she said she could put them in the same box if had the first code and suddenly the “first code” was no longer the first code and she needed a second code. Only 4 mins prior the second code was identical to the first according to her. I asked if she could place both items in the same box and she said I’d have to pay for that. Then she decided she could reprint the code she already had and use that. She could have taken both boxes the first time and placed them in a box together, and used the label she printed the first time, it would’ve saved me an hour. Terrible customer service today.
