    You're better going to pooler. I send overnight labs twice a week and most of the time they don't arrive for 4 days, even when dropped off early at the store. The manager is incredibly aggressive, rude, and lazy. She refuses to scan in overnight packages, and when confronted she repeatedly threatened to assault me.

    I went into the UPS on 3/23 at 8:55 am to complete fingerprints as part as pre onboarding for a new job I recently accepted. I scheduled my appointment at 9am because I had to be back at my desk (WFH) for my current job at 10am. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a rep named Leah S. When i arrived no other customers were present. I advised that I had an appt to conduct fingerprint. She asked did i have an email with a QR code. I pulled up my email and she directed me to the computer where I will begin the process. After I scanned the QR code, she entered her log in info and walked away. The next screen asked about verifying my IDENTIFICATION WITH TWO FORMS OF IDS. I turned around to see if she will make her way back over and she did not. She began engaging with her coworker with a sidebar conversation. Thankfully, i had my valid driver license, vehicle registration, and utility bill and proceeded with the process. While conducting the machine had trouble identifying my left pinky finger. Leah was with a customer when I asked for help. She finally came over after assisting two customers and could not help troubleshoot. She began assisting a third customer . I asked was there a store manager available and she stated she wasn’t here today. I said is there someone who could assist me with this process? She told me it was self service and to keep trying until it identifies. She asked the other rep if she could help and she suggested I visit a physical location for manual fingerprinting. I advised if I knew this would be the process and lack of consideration for my time I would have. I said ive been here since 8:55 am it’s 9:50 and it’s taking longer than it should. I became irate and while I did curse I was asked to leave. I told Leah i was not leaving because i was never properly assisted. She state she if I didn’t leave she would call the store manager. I BEGGED HER TO CALL. I wanted someone to verify this is how this procedure goes. I’m pretty sure it didn’t. My identification was not verified nor was I assisted . I explained to her I could have bought my daughter with me and used her fingerprints because the lack of assistance. People who are not honest will take advantage of this because she did not thoroughly do her job. At 9:55 am she apologized and stated sometimes it’s helpful if I washed my hands.. There was NO place for me to wash them. Based on experience I asked for something to clean the station with and took sanitizer to clean the station with where I placed my fingers and it finally went through. I will be filing a formal complaint with first advantage about using this UPS office as a self service office for fingerprinting as well as corporate for UPS. To the store manager of this location, please properly train your employees on this process, their professionalism, and respecting others time. I was late to work unnecessarily. A service that was estimated to take 15-20 mins took well over an hour of my time. I was there from 8:55-10:10 and had to be back at work at 10:15 (which i was late). Normally I would brush poor customer service issues off but with fingerprints and lack of verification or knowledge of protocol I have to pursue it further.
