The ladies working the counter were rude and seemed more interested in being short with customers than helping. I really wish the Bloomingdale USPS would get back to regular hours. I’ve always had a much better experience there.

Everytime I have came in she is rude to customers. She is very unprofessional. I don't like coming to this location mainly because of her.

It’s saying that they could not access my door, but there is absolutely nothing blocking it so there should be zero Reason why I could not get my package. On top of that the office will not answer their phones no matter how many times I call. I have had nothing but issues with USPS in the past and customer service. These days is not existent.
