  Employees to busy playing and gossiping to get addresses right. Music so loud she couldn’t hear what I was saying. Second employee finally had to take over but she still got it wrong. Called back after package not delivered and she said there was nothing she could do. Stay away!

  We have had the same experience here that so many others have posted about. On more than one occasion we have brought in an Amazon return and the item seems to never leave this location, and we left fighting Amazon for the refund. Today confirmed it for me after I brought in 4 items, two that were packaged with labels and somehow got scanned with tracking, the other two that were open items, did not. This is not a coincidence and absolutely shameful on the part of the store owners and their employees!! I hope Amazon and law enforcement investigates ASAP!
