  Ms. Lowe and Ms. Cherry work very hard for their customers. They are both very nice and go out of their way to make sure your package is shipped right!! Great job!!

  I went in to return a ps4 and your lady told me to put it in a poly bag EVEN AFTER I told her I would like a box, not sure what kind of custom service yall would call that but I would call it lazy. Coming from a ups store worker from Tulsa OK where we were ALWAYS busy.

  I have been coming to this store since they opened. The staff that used to work there was so friendly and helpful but since they restaffed I feel like they dread when I come by. I take photos of my labels so they can scan them at the front and take the packages to the back for them because I know my packages are heavy and it saves them the trouble. Today I walk in and there’s two people working there. One up front trying to fix a printer for a customer and one in the back on a computer which I seen peek their head around right as another person walked in right past me as if I’m not even there and another and it’s like I’m invisible. A few times prior to this they acted like I didn’t print my labels or something. Even the owner knows me and I’ve delivered larger volumes of packages there while he was there. I just went to another UPS store and the people there were much nicer and actually acknowledged that I was there. UPS Store Perry- Please Do Better.

  Normally the staff is very nice but the last 2 times that I have gone in there, the same girl/lady has been less than helpful. The first time she wouldn't scan my returns to Amazon she made us wait about 8 minutes while the kiosk re booted. Yesterday I had a UPS package and asked her to weigh it, just to confirm that my label was correct, and she told me "we don't do that here" !! Also again, made me use the kiosk. Not sure what she does there, but I'm not looking forward to going back there. I will be emailing corporate as well.
