Lady Mo is amazing! My toddler and I had such a good experience here getting our passports (last name change and a passport for our little one). She was knowledgeable, made corrections where I made mistakes in my paperwork, gave us useful travel advice, We got our passports a few weeks later without an issue -- all thanks to her!

When visiting today, the property was overgrown with weeds. The parking lot was empty, and it looked so dark inside that I wasn't even sure if it was open. When entering, the office was dark, as though the lights were off. The postal representative wasn't the least bit pleasant. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had in a post office.

I would give a 0 if I could.. I’ve never been treated or talked to so rudely and condescendingly before. I was totally humiliated. Not to mention the agent was lounging on her arm on the counter as I walked up to the counter. I had tax documents that had to be mailed to Europe snd she had no clue what to do with them. I asked about the customs forms I needed to fill out and she just pointed and said they’re over there. I went back to the counter and gave her everything and she complained that she had to enter all the info into the computer. She acted as if I was disturbing her. Other than her condescending tone there was no other conversation - despite feeling mistreated verbally by her I thanked her and told her to have a nice day. From her / nothing. If she hates her job and dealing with the public all day she needs to find another job. NO ONE deserves to be spoken to or treated like and made to feel humiliated. I will never go to this post office again. From other posts I’m not alone in my assessment of this encounter.

MO completely went above and beyond today as she helped me not only figure out the postage for my daughter’s wedding invitations, she actually helped me find the most perfect stamps and located more of them by calling another USPS for me. Collectively, Mo and Kim at USPS Rockbridge/ Britt Rd were literal answers to prayer and blessed me so much!!

Delivery of important mail and package with tracking that went to address 4400 - mine is 4390. Fortunately the person that received them returned them to me (though one mail piece is still missing). Not only a bad delivery, but the USPS delivery person had to go to an additional step of showing the tracked package as delivered. How can the USPS delivery person misread an address three digits different when that is their sole job? If you have an important package - use UPS.
