- GYG. Y.Aug 27, 20261.0Today I tried to apply minor passport here but unexpectedly met an extremely rude lady. This post office has a big sign indicating passport application site. This lady at the counter told me as I didn't make a reservation, I should go to library to apply for passport. I asked politely how to make a reservation with this post office so I would get prepared for future events. Instead of replying my question, she repeated five to six times that I need to go to library, each time louder than the previous time. So I still don't know how to make an appointment with the post office. By the way, the post office was empty and I was the only costumer at the time.

They're literally mean to the customers, saying things very rudely, and treating customers with disrespect. This is my 3rd time experiencing the absolute misery being serviced here. Fire these despicable employees. All of them. Just start from scratch.

- LMlara mielAug 7, 20261.0The service at this USPS location has been extremely disappointing. Our mail is not being delivered properly, even when we have direct mail addressed to our home. We have also experienced a very unprofessional and unhelpful attitude from the staff. If employees are unhappy with their jobs or do not want to provide proper customer service, they should consider finding work elsewhere. Customers should not have to deal with this level of service or attitude. We sincerely hope USPS management takes this issue seriously and takes action to improve both the delivery service and the way customers are treated. This is unacceptable.
