- HFHarmonie FJun 24, 20261.0Yesterday I went to drop off a package for my depop delivery, I needed to be shipped by the day of the day I dropped it off. The lady told me to drop off the package at the counter and not to worry about it that she'll take care of it The place was empty FYI. Whole day goes by it was never shipped, when I go to the other USPS and Conyers they get the job done. But no this place decided to not get the job done and got My order canceled. This leaves a bad review on my side, and a loss of money. It's not that hard to do your job place was empty not busy. Now my other order is at risk of being canceled because they still haven't shipped the other order out, what are you supposed to do about the order that was canceled? Cuz this isn't my usual USPS, the only reason why I went over there was because it was close to the place I just left. I expected you guys to get your job done, this isn't okay I don't even know what I'm supposed to do with the package now, and when I contact service it just goes to the stupid robot and won't give me customer service after asking for agent multiple times. I just kept asking the same stupid question, AKA what can I do to help you What is your problem, when I tell you my problem it says it doesn't understand. Just remove the stupid robot and let me talk to actual person. I don't get why we had these robots in the first place they're always so aggravating and annoying everyone whoever thought this was a great idea. We have humans and jobs for a reason we already have AI trying to take over everyone else's jobs, what makes you think this is going to make anything better it just gets more and more annoying. Like it's genuinely not that hard just to stand a package and put it on a conveyor to where it would be shipped, do your job do better it's not that hard.

Well I give them a 1 star. I never considered rating a post office but the woman at the ciunter was WORSE than a DMV worker if you can believe it. But then again post offices generally suck, right? I left and went to another post office in norcross....not much better really, prolly 3 stars for putting a label on an envelope.
- CMCarlos MenezesJun 17, 20262.0I live five minutes from the Peachtree Corners Post Office, but I've started driving to the Norcross branch instead, and that decision is what finally made me want to say something. There's one employee here who has made my visits unpleasant for years. It's the attitude. They explain the simplest things in a tone so condescending it's appalling, and I've watched them do it to other customers, too. Once I swiped my card a second early and got a "Did I tell you to swipe the card?" I understand it must get tedious repeating yourself all day, but that's the job, and it clearly isn't one they enjoy. It's not a bad day. It's consistent and predictable, and at this point I'd rather double my drive than deal with it again. To be fair, everyone else there is great. Normal, helpful, no issues. This is about one person, not the branch. Two stars, not one, because the branch itself is fine. This is a fixable problem with a single employee, and I'd happily revise upward if it improved.
