I went today to return a package and as soon as i walked through the door I am met with one of the workers (black framed glasses, purple nails as of today, and braces) yelling at an old man trying to send a package. The man clearly didn’t understand english and instead of pulling her translator on her phone to deescalate or asking for help, she was screaming at him causing a whole scene for everyone there waiting to return or send the packages. The whole service was rude, awful, and just not the values we hold in ptc. Disgusting behavior from all the staff who didn’t try to help and just watched while smiling.
