  The UPS Store located at Kedron Village Shopping Center (Hwy 74 and Peachtree Pkwy) and specifically Austin was extremely patient and helpful during a challenging transaction due to a misunderstanding with a third party. Austin was very understanding. Thank you Austin.

  These guys are great, I go here almost every day for my business to drop off packages and they are always very helpful.

  I came in to return a package. The associate was very kind helpful in printing off what I needed. Even though my return label was for FedEx, she helped me put the package together and told me where I could drop off my return.

  Poorly staffed with only one employee on a busy Saturday afternoon. When I realized the plastic bag my Happy Returns items had come in was not needed, I asked politely if they could dispose of it and was told “we don’t take outside trash,” by the employee who didn’t once look up at me during our interaction. On top of unimpressive service, the location next to a busy grocery store makes it difficult to access.

  The store is completely ripping customers off charging a dollar for a small strip of tape. The lady assisting me showed no remorse for the amount of money. She was charging me for a small strip of tape. She could’ve at least been nice and acknowledged it. so for future people dropping stuff off at UPS tape your boxes up before you come because they charge for everything
