  I drove 30 mins out just to get less than 30 secs of customer service. I can see her huffing and puffing through the window before I even opened the door. I accidentally submitted the wrong address number on my package. Everything else is correct but the numbers so I feel like my issue is the most basic issue that could be resolved with simple identification or heck even a phone call or email to confirm the right address. UPS has no problem contacting me when it’s an issue so I don’t see why they couldn’t. Anyway I go to my local post office where they look it up my package to find its current location. They tell me it’s in Palmetto & then proceed to warn me that they have been having issues with this location. They gave me phone numbers & links that ended up being useless of course but the effort was appreciated. Instead of having my package bounce from one location to another why not attempt to reach out to the customer. All they do is refer me to a “Intercept” link that doesn’t work, so why i can’t just “intercept” in person. The mistake is mine but I’m annoyed with how unnecessarily complicated it is to resolve & the lack of resolution via online, phone or in store. It’s 2026 and in my opinion the option to pick up the package in store should’ve been available after the 1st delivery attempt. I’m pretty sure most of there problems would be resolved with this small common sense resolution. So I guess now my only option is to wait till it may or may not get sent back to Shanghai then pay another $50 tariff fee for it to get sent back.

  It is quiet and not crowded. You just walk in and out quickly and the employees are welcoming.

  My minor son’s passport is showing it arrived here on June 7th and is still here. I can not get any answers or help all I want to do is get it shipped to me or at least let me pick it up.

  The reviews are terrible already. It I wonder if this is the place that you guys refused a staff to leave because he wasn’t feeling well, and he later was found foaming at the mouth on the floor and died in this establishment. I would’ve still left . And whoever refused . Your wrong.

  When I tried to file that my package was missing after two weeks, they said I had to keep waiting before opening a case. The tracking shows it went from Atlanta to my town, but the lady on the phone said that that’s untrue and the package never left the warehouse. And that the shipping container also never left the warehouse. She said it was too complicated to understand when I asked what they were tracking to my town.
