I came to the Oxford post office three times over two months asking for help with a missing international package (shipped 5/21/26 through UPS Store #8064 in Covington. On my last visit, the postmaster told me any help I'd gotten was "out of courtesy" since USPS had no record of the parcel. I understand USPS may never have received the package — my complaint is about how I was treated while asking for help. Across three visits I felt dismissed instead of assisted, and the attitude was condescending, as if I were a burden for asking. Two months of runaround with nothing to show for it. Customers deserve straight answers. I expected better from a postmaster.

I go to this post office very frequently. The ladies are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. It is always clean well stocked and organized. It is the smallest post office I have ever been to, but very nice.

I truly feel so lucky for this to be my local post office. Alicia is so friendly and knowledgeable, we've joked about cloaning her. In part because some of her coworkers leave a lot to be desired. The one woman keeps insisting that my husband is the one that owns my business, and HE doesn't ask for a receipt so I don't need one. Ma'am, I asked for a receipt, not your opinion. I digress, the good outweighs bad for sure. I remain grateful that this location still has that small town charm. A million thank yous for the visits that left me smiling.
