    This has been the very best experience I have had purchasing and installing a new computer! I had been told Vision was the place to go and I can confirm that to be absolutely TRUE! From my initial contact with Ron Hira all the way thru todays final setup, the experience has been great! Each and every person I had contact with was ready and willing to assist me in every way to make my experience exceptional and it was!

    I set up my new printer, which printed once and then would not print again. I called Vision Computers and Adam answered the phone in about 3 seconds. He then completed the printer set-up, which I had apparently not quite done. We printed some test documents, Adam saw that the scanner needed some setup help, and he took care of that. He pinned the printer dialog/choice box to my task bar, made sure I had what I needed, and we signed off. It is such a good feeling to have Vision Computers in my corner. I highly, highly recommend them!

    I went with Vision Computers after listening to Erick Erickson talk about them on his radio show and I am glad I did. The entire experience from making contact online, quick turn around to receive a phone call from Harry, answering all my questions, picking the best package for me, ordering, receiving, and having my data transferred was seamless. I was constantly updated after ordering and actually received my new computer 5 days earlier than expected. Adam took care of answering all my questions after I received the computer and transferred all my programs and data with no problems. I am not very computer literate and both Harry and Adam spoke with me in terms I could understand which is much appreciated. Very pleased with my purchase and the level of service. One thing I would like to note is that all three times I called, twice to Harry and once to Adam, they answered promptly. I didn't have to go through a multi-step process to talk to a human.

    After my initial post, Shaun from Vision reached out. He was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain their repair and inventory processes. He asked questions about whether the second repair shop showed me the battery or if I still had the original, which made me realize there’s a possibility the issue could have happened elsewhere. At this point, I don’t have a definitive answer as to what happened. I do appreciate Shaun’s follow-up and how seriously he handled the situation. my original post: I had my son take his laptop here for a keyboard issue. About a year and a half later, when the battery stopped charging, another repair shop told me the battery inside was not an original Dell battery but a lower-quality replacement. We never brought the laptop in for a battery issue, only the keyboard. The laptop was purchased directly from Dell and had not been serviced anywhere else before Vision. This raised a concern for me. Did Vision do this?
