I have lived in Gulf Terrance in East Hill for 31 years. We had a fantastic mall carrier,Tina, for many many years. Always had great service from Tina. I was skeptical when she retired, worryingly about her replacement. I wanted to say that Tina's replacement, Zena, picked up the reins and carried on in grand style. She is as dedicated and precise as Tina was. We have been lucky to get Zena as our carrier. Always pleasant and helpful.

I know the reviews don’t matter, because when you have to mail something you have to visit them. But oh my gosh, the lady who talks sooooooo much and has glasses… she is the worst employee I have ever come across here. Unfortunately all three times I’ve been, I have had to deal with her. I dread coming here, because she must be the only full time employee, but she is a bully and pushes you to do certain mailing options instead of what I request. She shamed you in front of everyone else standing in line and she is very disrespectful. She is loud when she talks, has no proper customer service skills, bullies, and tries to shame you. The list can go on. I hate coming to this location, but it’s the closest location near our home. Please, whoever hires here, try to find someone with some compassion, understanding, and customer service skills. She is such a disappointment of someone being the “frontline” of the business.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Norcross location. I came in simply trying to mail something out and asked where I could find the appropriate envelopes. Before I could even fully explain what I needed, the employee cut me off and wasn’t helpful in directing me to where the envelopes were. She also mentioned that she had to leave in 30 minutes, which made me feel like helping me was an inconvenience. After finding what I needed, I got back in line to ask for assistance, and once again I was cut off before I could explain what I was trying to do. At that point, I decided to leave and drive to the Peachtree Corners location instead. The difference in customer service was night and day. I had absolutely no issues at Peachtree Corners they listened to what I needed, assisted me properly, and I was able to mail everything without a problem. I understand employees may be nearing the end of their shift, but customers should still be given the opportunity to explain what they need without being interrupted or made to feel like a burden. Unfortunately, I would not return to the Norcross location after this experience.

I only went to the post office to send something to express mail cause I needed something shipped to someone else fast this is my first time ever doing this type of stuff so I didn’t know how to fill it out correctly so I accidentally filled out the address to recipient wrong and when I went up to send it the post Lady or whatever the hell you call those people, she realized that I filled something out wrong. the lady that’s supposed to help you flipped out on me and was like no you’re supposed to do that. Flipped out of me and yelled so harshly saying this is not where the name goes. It goes here. Why did you leave it blank oh my God oh my God it’s right here. Oh my God and had the audacity after I very abruptly got pissed off to be like I’m just trying to help you you know others which just want to use you for your money and just not tell you the problem you know, honey I’m just trying to help you. one This is my first time doing this type of mail. I didn’t know it you weren’t supposed to fill out little section saying put ZIP Code and address I put it there but I needed this service done and I didn’t wanna deal with somewhere else so if you need to do something, the last post office you should be going to this one. I wish this place burns in hell and what’s her name lady that “attended” me go to hell

The service was absolutely ass if im being honest, this was during my birthday and I was trying to send my dad important documents to him in new mexico at a processing center, I of course didn't want to take too long since I know this post office specifically was shitty just a quick in and out that's all, my girlfriend was helping me send the documents when we finished filling out the shipment information the lady just got annoyed and sassy acting like she's having a panic attack for something little she could've explained to us, my girlfriend told me that we should go to another location, since we didn't like how we were being treated but then the lady just started saying shit like "im trying to help you out since I know this is important" so we just finished it "correctly" for her standards and left. Forgot to mention when we started writing the shipment information again she started treating another customer that was behind us with a lot of care but we didn't get the same treatment until we gave her the "right" information.
