The postal worker left the 1st person in line while she "shuffled" are around walking back and forth to the back areas of the building. After she finally waited on the first customer she decided to hold a 5 min conversation with her. After waiting on that customer she went to the back area again and held a conversation with a coworker that wasn't job related. She took her time retrieving my mail, when she finally brought my mail, she purposely laid in her area without handing it to me. I had to reach over the scale to retrieve it.

Staff seem unmotivated and often disappear to the back even when there is a long line of customers waiting. Everything is handled very slowly, and there is no sense of urgency or customer care. This place really needs to improve its service and professionalism.
