We were seen at our scheduled appointment time and were in and out in 10 minutes. The employee that processed our passport application couldn't have been any nicer or more efficient. Very happy that we came here!

Anyone that needs assistance at this location I say good luck, they have a 1.6 review rating online honestly I am not sure how they have that high of a rating.

When I arrived there, and told them where I was directed from, there was an eye roll and, "Oh, them. " This seems like it's not unfamiliar to them. We need a post office in Norcross, perhaps better staffed.
